You must be at least 13 years old to use Pour It Right. If you are not of legal age where you live, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.

Pour It Right is a mobile liquid-pour puzzle where players pour colors into tubes or vessels to sort and clear levels. The Application may include promotions, in-app advertising, and optional reward features. Levels, features, and reward rules may change, pause, or end at any time.

• You are responsible for activity on your device and within your sessions
• Do not share credentials, bypass authentication, or access systems without authorization
• Provide accurate details for withdrawals, verification, or support
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or similar tools to manipulate pours, ads, or rewards
• Reverse engineer or extract source code except where allowed by law
• Attack or disrupt https://wlwi.pouritright.com or partner systems
• Submit fraudulent withdrawals or fabricate ad impressions
• Violate applicable laws or infringe third-party rights

• Rewards (when offered) are promotional and subject to in-app rules
• Withdrawals may require minimum balances, fraud review, and verified PayPal details
• Suspicious or rule-breaking requests may be delayed, canceled, or denied
• Processing times depend on PayPal, partners, compliance checks, and your region

Software, artwork, trademarks, liquid/tube assets, levels, and materials in the Application belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial play under these Terms.

The Application may integrate advertising, analytics, and payment partners. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices outside our control.

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information (including processing related to https://wlwi.pouritright.com). By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have reviewed it.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or pose a risk to users or the platform. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pour It Right, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Application, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Before formal proceedings, contact igtryeh202407@gmail.com to seek a good-faith resolution. Non-waivable consumer rights under local law are not limited by these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the Application or legal requirements evolve. Material revisions may be communicated in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
