When you open Pour It Right, technical details are gathered in the background — device type, play time, and basic network info.

We use personal information to keep Pour It Right working, handle accounts and transactions, send updates, and improve the experience.

Services run at https://wlwi.pouritright.com. Analytics payloads are anonymized and are not designed to include personally identifiable information. The same endpoint supports gameplay, progress sync, stability work, and support.

Personal information is kept only as long as needed. After 90 days of inactivity, we permanently delete your personal information. Anonymized Usage Data may remain for internal analysis.

We apply commercially reasonable safeguards, including TLS 1.2+, access controls, encryption where appropriate, and partner contractual requirements. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Personal information may be processed on servers outside your country. Transfers use TLS 1.2+ and, where required, Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Pour It Right is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided data; we will delete it after verification.
